We love our chicks!
We have 8 baby chicks. They are growing fast and quite entertaining. The children learned many facts about the life cycle of a chick and other oviparous animals.

The chick eggs are in the incubator!!!!!
The children are very excited as we await the arrival of the chicks. Each student received a chick development chart to monitor the daily chick growth and be prepared for the day the little ones start pecking out.

Forces and Motion
Our Science rotation of Forces and Motion was a success. The children learned so much as they rotated through the Kindergarten classrooms doing experiments and recording in their Science Journals all they observed and learned about Forces. Ask them to tell you about what they learned in each classroom.

Third Grade Reading Buddies
Our Reading Buddies are a delightful group of friends. We enjoy our third grade friends and look forward to meeting with them on Friday mornings to read together.
York Center For Wildlife
We had a wonderful presentation from the York Center for Wildlife. Our presenter told the children about the Center and the work they do to help injured animals.
She taught us some interesting information about the animals she brought. We saw a falcon, sweet little owl, turtle, snake and bat.
